Scope of work:
The challenge in this bathroom renovation was to maximise the practical side for the customer because of the limited footprint of the bathroom.
The existing bathroom was completely stripped, including flooring and lighting system.
The pipework was newly installed, lighting system changed , new tiling, fitting of sanitaryware, bathroom accessories and the installation of a new grundfos booster pump to achieve a real shower experience.
All works were carried out by Maguire & klimsa.

Scope of work:
This project was a large and very interesting house renovation. The complete domestic plumbing pipework, water storage tanks, and hot water cylinder were removed. The old oil boiler was removed and replaced with a Worcester Bosch condensing oil combination boiler.
Ensuite, main bathroom and wc room were completely stripped and new plumbing pipework, tiling and new sanitaryware fitted.
As a combination boiler was installed their was no need for the hot water cylinder, so the hot press wall was demolished and the main bathroom which was adjoining it increased in size to accommodate a large shower area.
The roofspace was insulated with Quinntherm high density insulation and floored, with the romoval of the cold water storage tank and heating tank the room availabe for storage in the loft has increased and risk of frost bursts in winter reduced.
All works were carried out by Maguire & Klimsa.

Each morning we were informed what they expected to complete that day and we give our final agreement.Any suggestions or problems enountered as the work progressed were communicated to us as soon as possible.
At the end of each week we agreed on any extras we had asked for so we both could keep a running total.
They both were extermely hard working, very well organised and very concious that we were continuing to live in the house. The effort they made to leave the house clean and habitable every evening even during the most messy work was a credit to them.
Their willingness to accommodate any of our ongoing ideas and other little pieces of work was much appreciated.
The pride they showed in their work was reflected in the quality of the finish. The job (s) was completed on time and the price we paid was agreed.
We were extremely pleased with the standard of work and the overall finish.
As time goes by we our fully enjoying the benefits of the changes to our boiler and pressurised water system, utility room, downstairs toilet, bathroom, ensuite and roof space.

Scope of work:
This was a another interesting bathroom and ensuite renovation project.
Main bathroom and ensuite where completely stripped, floor and old pipework removed.
Completely new plumbing pipework was installed as well as new flooring laid, plasterboard walls were renewed, boxing in of toilet and wash hand basin installed as well as new tiling to walls and floor.
The main bathroom was a wet room area so both bathrooms were tanked to ensure water tightness.
The Ensuite and Main bathroom were fitted with new sanitaryware, accessories and a pump added to boost the pressure in the entire house.
All works were carried out by Maguire & Klimsa.

Scope of work:
This project was a new build two storey house comprising of one Main bathroom with a wet room area, three Ensuite bathrooms and one guest Wc.
Because of the area this house was situated and its elevation the water pressure to the house was low, so a pressurisation unit was installed to boost the pressure to between 3-4 bar.
A high effeciency oil condensing boiler was installed with a solar hot water cylinder, with underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs to heat the house.
All plumbing, heating and water proofing of wet room area were carried out by Maguire & Klimsa.

Scope of work:
This was a large two storey house which comprised of one large bathroom, two ensuites and a wc room.
The house contains underfloor heating upstairs and downstairs which had been calculated for use with geothermal heat pump and each room having its own heating control sensor installed.
All bathrooms where fitted with wet room areas which was achieved with Tece stainless steel drains, removing the need for shower trays and shower enclosures.
The underfloor heating system was fitted with aluminium coated tacker sheet and Pexal Aluminium coated barrier pipe which optimised the heat transfer and the overall effeciency of the heating system.

Geberit, Tece, kaldewei, Villeroy & Boch, Ideal Standard, Hans Grohe, Grohe, Pexal, Strawa and Eberle heating contols.

Scope of work:
This is my own house which i completely renovated nearly three years ago.
The main bathroom was extended by demolishing the wall adjoining one of the downstairs bedrooms.
The bathroom and downstairs ensuite were completely stripped, repiped, tiled, fitted with new sanitarywary and accessories.
A combination oil boiler was installed to provide heating and hot water to the house so need for hot water cylinder and storage tanks in roofspace was removed.
This has enabled me to use the 55 m2 extra space in the roofspace to create two bedrooms with two large ensuites bathrooms.
I would like to invite any potential customers to have a look for themselves.

Scope of work:
This was a new build project which comprised of a main bathroom and two ensuites. A high effeciency oil condensing boiler was fitted with a solar cylinder to provide hot water to the house.
The heating throughout the entire house was provided by radiators with the pipework being recessed into the wall to leave a smarter finish and piped cross diagonal to improve the effeciency of the overall system.
In the main bathroom the large area available was used to incorporate a freestanding bath with a dividing wall.
Brand names used were: Tece, Ideal Standard, Keramag, kludi and Grohe.
All works plumbing, heating and tiling workes were carried out by Maguire & Klimsa.
